10006 error

I have a laptop getting a dcom 1006 error with the following info. Anyone
run into this before or know whats causing it?

DCOM got "class not registered" from the computer file1 when attempting to
activate the server:
{5A5AA0AA-1DEB-4683-96B0-B43301E83971}

Nothing too specific, but are you aware of and have investigated the
utility: dcomcnfg.exe already?

Remove 'Update Root Certificate' from ADD/REMOVE Windows Components,
or install Certificate Services on the computer you are getting the
error on.
