When we first boot up the computer we are able to open
files located on the desktop but when we try to go into
MY COMPUTER, MY DOCUMENTS, CONTROL PANEL, and possible
other folders, the cpu usage goes directly to 100%. After
that the only thing we can do is to restart the computer
because nothing else will open.
We are running windows XP professional on a Intel P4
2.4GHz system.
Does anyone have a clue to what our problem is?
