1 hour off

HELP! I have an Exchange 2000 environment.I have an
Outlook 2002 user(which we'll call USER1) that has his
calendar shared out to USER2.When USER1 looks at a
scheduled appointment on his computer it says 12:00 for
example. When USER2 (running Outlook 2002)pulls up USER1's
calendar on their computer it shows the appointment as
1:00. The computers for each computer are running Windows
XP and the clocks are set correctly. I have also checked
the Time Zones. If anyone has the answer for this one
please let me know the users are getting pretty aggravated.

Have you c hecked the time zones within Outlook as well as Windows? Go to
Tools, Options, Calendar Options. Click the Time Zones button and make sure
"adjust for daylight savings time" is checked.

I would like to see a solution also. I have a similar problem. My time zones are set correctly. When I create an appointment in Outlook say for 9:30 a.m. with a 15 minute reminder, I expect to receive a pop-up reminder at 9:15 a.m. to remind me of this meeting. However, the pop-up does not come up until at night, when obviously it's too late. In my case, it's more than just 1 hour off.
