1/2 page web pages

most of the windows i open, open only half page and i have
to maximinze for full page. what setting can i change so
they all open ina a full page?

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
