I'm searching for some clues to the Bug Check 0xc2 Bad_Pool_Caller that
appears when I attempt to install Juniper Netscreen VPN Client v8[1] build
12. (also earlier build) onto a Lenovo 3000 N100 (0768EFU)
I have a minidump file, but don't know how to find the device driver that is
conflicting.
I have the Debugging Tools for Windows installed on another notebook. Can
the minidump be opened on that PC?
What should I look for? The BCCode: c2; BCP1: 7; BCP2: cd4; BCP3: 023C0042;
BCP4: 834ea5d0
I'm a newbie at debugging.
Anyone want to interpret this dump?
Thanks for your help.
