0x800A138F Error

[Matt Comeau]

Tried running Windows Update, jumps to 100% upon scan and
displays error.
Fix, Deleting Cookies, Temps, or changing that registry
date didn't work.

WinXP Home Edition W/ SP1

OS was reinstalled on top of itself due to a motherboard
replacement (Couldn't run Windows Repair)
