0x80040119 Unknow Error in Sens/Receive operation

This user is configured in roaming profile, in local and in the Windows 2003
server standard edition Terminal serve, with outlook 2003 sp1.
In local all works fine, but in TS during the manual send/receive operation,
generate the Exchange server errore 0x80040119.
All other users works fine.
I've apply the document http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=814441, but I
don't have the pst file, but only ost, so with no solution, because when I
try to run scanost.exe the message tell me that the system is non configured
for offline mail, and stops.
I've tried to delete the profile on TS server and recreate it. No positive
solution.
Any other suggestions?

Solved!
I recreated the user profile on Terminal Server logging the user directly on
the server console. (not mstsc ).
The problem was that in terminal server console, when you delete and
recreate the profile, the user cannot create the .ost file in the terminal
server.
