(0x67) error code

I am getting a "CONFIG_INITIALIZATION_FAILED" (0x67) error
code after I installed new ram in my computer...I'm
running win2000 and my computer is all up to date on
drivers and bios updates, and I have made sure i'm using
the right ram...I searched for the error code on the
internet and this is what is says:
"the registry could not allocate the pool needed to
contain the registry files. This error should never occur,
since it is early enough in system initialization that
there is always plenty of the paged pool available."

Parameters:
1 - 5

2 - Indicates location in NTOS\CONFIG\CMSYSINI that
failed

Does anyone know anything about this error? and whether or
not re-installing windows2000 with the new ram in will fix
it or not?

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated...
thanks

Looks like you got a bad stick of memory. Here is what
Microsoft has to say about it...
