1) do you have a PAB configured?
I do not know. I installed it and I do not recall anything about PAB during
installation.
I thought an address managing facility, whatever it is called, is an
essential part of an email program and it configures itseld during
installation. At leas this is the case with OE and The Bat.
How Do I congigure it?
3) why are you using a PAB? it's depreciated and the use is discouraged.
Because I do not know anything else.
"Depreciated" implies that there is a better way to do the same.
Are you saying that on my existing Outlok intallation I can store and access
addresses in a more efficient way then with PAB?
If so, I have a fresh intallation of Outlook and I have old installation of
OE6. How do I import email addresses so that when I start a new message in
Outlook and click on "To", I am getting a list of addresses?
