Ian Cunningham

Ian created PC Review in 1999 as one of the first computing news and review websites. Born in the North-East of England, Ian’s interest in electronics was largely inspired by his grandad who loved taking things apart and fixing radios. Ian has always had an interest in how things work – he built his first PC at the age of 12, and now enjoys making his own projects from scratch. He studied Aerospace Engineering and Avionics at University and aspires to build his own micro-satellite in the near future.

Aside from designing and making everything from 3D printers to CNC machines, Ian enjoys any opportunity to get his hands dirty in the garden or to build IoT projects.

Becky Cunningham

Becky joined PC Review in 2003 and subsequently became the News Editor and a content author. As someone who did not come from a tech background, she understands that not everyone has the time or background knowledge to keep completely up to date with the fast-moving world of technology and computing. Consequently she tries to explain tech news in a way that everyone can understand, with the aim of helping more people learn new things.

When not on PC Review, Becky enjoys gaming (mostly RPGs) both on her PC and PlayStation 4, and has a growing interest in Virtual Reality (VR). In her spare time she enjoys making and eating good food, keeping up with space news, and developing her skills as a painter.
