Zoom 5510 Usb Adsl Modem Problem

I have installed Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit and then i'm trying install
Zoom 5510 Usb Adsl Modem but I don't connect 10.0.0.2.

I don't resolve problem :(

Yes. i dont connect adsl modem :( please help me
