zoo tycoon

My son cannot play zoo tycoon anymore,since we have XP.
I have tried everything, downloaded codecs, upgrades etc.
The game simply stops after a few minutes!!!
Help!!

Hi Nel,

Did the upgrades include the latest drivers for your video
card and the Zoo Tycoon patch for Windows XP users:
http://www.microsoft.com/games/zootycoon/downloads.asp#patch
If you want driver upgrade instructions after trying that
patch, just let me know and I'll post them for you here.
