Zone Transfer

I have two Domain Controllers running DNS service.The zone type is Active
Directory Integrated. Should I enable Zone Transfer or the replication of
DNS will occur with the Active Directory regardless of the setting in Zone
Tranfer?

You don't need (can't do) zone transfer with AD-integrated Zones. The
information is in AD and, in win2K, will be shared with all your DCs who are
doing DNS.

Since dns is integrated with active directory it is

automatically replicated when AD is replicated, which by
default is 15 minutes.

Actually it's min 5min to a max of 15 min within the same AD Site, depending
on the number of DCs and how the KCC evaluated/arranged the
topology/partnership. If there's just two DCs, then the 5 min rule will
apply.
