Zone Alarm Integrity agent install

i'm about to install this on all our laptops -
the laptop users use a VPN to sign on to our network -
one of my users gets a login after she signs at the office with her laptop -
i just closeit and it's ok.
but the other don't get that.
any of you guys use zone alarm?

I use ZoneLabs Integrity Agent in a network with more than 50.000 computers
but can't figure out what is your problem. Are you sure that login screen is
the result on the zonelabs agent?
