Hi is there a limit as to how many pictures one can place in a zip folder
(the compressed feature that comes w/ win XP) or a limit as to how big the
file can be-I tried the other day to put 10 pictures (sizes 640X480) that I
took with my web camera and had a heck of a time making them all be part of
that one zip folder-Any one know of another zip program that is totally
free; & that allows for quicker unzipping (especially for people that have
dialup) any help is appreciated-

I'm unaware of any limit to the number of files
you can place in a zip file but .jpg files are so
highly compressed that zipping does little if
anything to reduce file size.

Attaching one image per mesage is probably
the best idea. Actually it might be worth a try
to upload your images to a site like those at
the following link and invite your friends and
family to view them online.
