Maybe the memory size of the zip file
exceeds the limitations of your ISP.

You could upload the file to a site like the
following and then send your recipient/s
the link for downloading it.

"YouSendIt"
http://www.yousendit.com/

All you have to do is enter an e-mail
address in the "To:" (Recipient) field
and click the "Browse" button to select
the file you wish to upload. Then click
the "Send It" button.

The next screen that appears will give
you the download link. Just copy/paste
it into the message to your recipients
who can download and view the file on
their computer.

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not fully compatible
with Windows Mail.
