Zinox PC Complaint

Hello, my Zinox PC displayed empty window (no start menu, no desktop shortcut icons, no list pane) after booting, with the cursor showing but cannot perform any operation. Pls help. I use window XP.

If you have your windows XP disc at hand, just format and do a fresh install.

Just one thing about reinstalling XP should it not have SP3 you will not be able to re register and therefore no updates
