Zaurus SL 5500

When I attempt to synchronize my zaurus sl 5500 with
outlook 2002 I get an error " NO PROFILES AVAILABLE" "
YOU MAY HAVE TO RE-CONFIGURE FOLDER SELECTIONS FOR MS
OUTLOOK OR MS EXCHANGE". If anyone has ever had this
problem and solved it please help me.

Do you have a profile selected as the default here: Control Panel > Mail
applet > Show Profiles

Yes. I also tried and created a new profile and when I
attempt to set the synchronize options i still get the
error. I tried to contact Sharp and they told me it was a
microsoft problem.
