What would you advise? Thank you for reading this.

2 PC's. Using XP Home. Both with MS updates. Both on Bellsouth DSL.

The remote assistance will not connect. Email nor Windows Live Messenger.
The RA just requests until it times out.

PC 1 only has a Bellsouth modem. PC 2 has a Bellsouth modem with a wireless
Netgear router. Is the router stopping the RA?

Both firewalls were turned off. Still no luck.

What would you advise? Thank you.

My thought would be Yes and IIRC you need to forward the IP in the request via the
router. I'll have to check around a bit to find that info and get back.
