Your Account Has Been Disabled Please Contact

I installed XP Pro and joined it with the domain but when
I log on to the domain I get the message Your account has
been disabled please contact your administrator. I can
logon to any other XP system attached to the same domain.

It appears to be coming from the server, I would think it's referring to the
network administrator not your machine admin.
