You should have a FREE viewer for non-MS Project users

My organization limits the use of MS Project. I need a way to send a copy of
a plan to non-MSP users for their review. I prefer giving them a task sheet,
gantt view, or pert view. It would be useful to be able to share this
information without having to use a Project Server, which is something the
organization will not support at this time.

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, such as
microsoft.public.project.
