It's difficult to be sure, given the information you have provided, but I
suspect that the program with which your are having difficulties is not
Microsoft Access, which is the subject of this newsgroup. It is in your own
interest to post to a newsgroup that is relevant to the software you are
using, as you are much more likely to find someone who is familiar with that
software in a more relevant newsgroup.
