You need a warning about SPAM.

I posted a question ~4 hours ago and have got 20 spam
virus messages ALREADY! I already get too many email
spam/viri and now more!

You should put a warning in this forum about this problem.

I am going back to watching TV, at least there is no spam
there.

Not sure who "you" is - this is a public forum.
Don't put your valid email address in your newsgroup account or in the body
of your post. Spammers harvest addresses from usenet.
