You have modified a sign project

I have a digital certificate I use at work and have been using it for quite
some time (it doesn't expire until 2013).
As of installing SP3 I now get the following message when attempting to save
a file that has been modified (deleting sheets triggers this event).

"You have modified a signed project. You do not have the correct key to sign
this project. The signature will be discarded. do you want to save changes
and discard the signature or cancel the save action?

{Button: Save changes and discard signature} {Button: Cancel Save}"

Any help resolving this is appreciated!

Hi,

Is this happened to a particular file or all the files? If just for
one file, then this file may be damaged or something. If necessary,
you may try Advanced Excel Repair at http://www.datanumen.com/aer/
This tool is rather useful in salvaging damaged Excel xls files. Hope
this helps.

I believe this is due to either or both of MS's latest Service Packs, MS
Office or SP3 for XP.
I did not have these problems until then.
