You cant go to specific record

Hi
I have two tables A,B

If I Insert record in to A- the triger fires and inserts some data into B.
Data is getting inserted in to both the tables. But it is thowing an error
saying you cant go to specific record, when i insert data into form.

If I insert data into table directly, it says the data is inserted but can't
be shown.

If I remove the trigger behind A this problem is not coming.

All the tables have identity feilds

Some times data gets added (in another form) but form will not refresh onitw
own throwing error you cant go to specific record

any help
