you are on vacation and you are not able to read the messages

How can you configure your outlook to send automatically a message to the
senders that you are on vacation and will answer when you come back

Just remember that the autoreply will go to EVERY sender (including
spammers), and that you will be advertising to the world that you are going
to be away. Also, if your autoreply rule is not server-based, Outlook will
need to be kept running in order for the rule to run.
