Yes/No Voting

When in a presentation I want to click on a button & it change from yes to
no. Is this possible?

Yes.

Now for the hard part. What do you want to do with the information after
the Yes/No selection?

If all you want to do is display the change, that is an easy trigger
animation. If you want to collect the data, then it gets more tricky. If
you want to send the data, it gets trickier still. If you want to send the
presentation to people and collect the data and send it, it is a bit
difficult.
