Yamaha AC-XG speakers no longer work

I downloaded MS Patch 1 and now my computer speakers
don't work anymore. Went to Yamaha site for driver. They
said go to Sony (my computer. Went there, downloaded
patch and speakers still won't load. Anyone who can help?
I really appreciate it!

Thank you for responding. WHat is the "driver rollback
feature? No, I haven't used it----What does it do?

Go into the Device Manager, select the Yamaha device and then the Driver
tab..... you'll see the Driver Rollback button.... and you can click on it
and roll back to a previous installation of the driver - one that worked.
