when i try to log onto yahoo, all i hear is a pop sound
and my internet screen changes back to the main screen.
some how yahoo is locked out. can you help me please.

Do you happen to be running SP2 beta. If yes, that pop sound is IE blocking
popups, try turning popup blocking off. If your are not running XP SP2
beta, you have some popup blocking software installed on your system, try
turning it off and then see if you can access Yahoo.

By the way, I had a lot of trouble accessing various parts of Yahoo last
night. It appears they were or are having some problems at the site so that
might have been the issue as well.
