Yahoo, Email Account Setting Help Plz

I am trying to use Outlook 2003 and I have a Yahoo account for email. I
type in the yahoo web adress and type in my email account and for some reason
I cannot get the outlook to work because when i try to send something out, it
comes up with an error. I don't think it is connected that's why. Can
someone maybe give me a step-by-step tutorial so I can get this to work.
This is kind of urgent, but I just want the help, so take your time.
