Yahoo as default email client

Is there any way I can configure IE6 to open the yahoo mail inbox when I
select "check mail", also when I open email from the start menu / desktop? I
can do this with hotmail, but cannot see whether this option is possible for
yahoo mail.

You'll have to subscribe to Yahoo! Mail Plus in order to setup
Yahoo mail in Outlook Express.

Yahoo wants you to send them $25 a year if you want to use
Outlook Express (or Outlook, Eudora or other) email program.

But you can download YahooPops! from www.SourceForge.net and
it will act as a proxy so you can get Yahoo email in Outlook
Express as POP mail.
