Y1 and Y2 Axes Charts

I have three rows of data. Using Excel 2000 is there a way
to display the values in rows one and two as a stacked
column on the Y1 axis and the data in row three as a line
on the Y2 axis?

Plot everything as a stacked column. Select the series you want as a
line, then select Chart | Chart Type... | and an appropriate line +
subtype. Once done, double click the line chart and from the Axes tab
select Secondary Axis.
