XY Scatter Chart with Labels

I have a chart that i want to graph that is XY scatter type. here is an
example of data that I have.

AOG Fill
DFW 20% 80%
ORD 25% 78%
LAX 15% 73%

The XY chart works, but does not display two things that I want.

One is the ability to see the stations, DFW etc., labels above the crossing
point.

Second, I want to add two fixed lines, one for X and another for Y that
indicate good performance.

It will look like something like this link:

I stumbled, as I can do it in Excel, but can not get Access to do it.

I've been looking for an answer to this question as well. Perhaps 2007 will
provide a built-in solution.

Thanks Ryan, but is there a way to at least make the legend show the data
point labels?

Example
the X=20% and Y 80% cross point to have a unique indicator and then the
legend to show what the indicator is. in this case DFW.

When I try to do a column graph the legend shows the values rather than
labels.
