I am sure your all probably sick of daft questions but this little issue is wasting loads of my tim

I can use the address book when sending a fax - NO PROBLEM

but

I would like received faxes to show the senders name as shown in my address book
If i have a contact saved with their fax number surely there is a wat for the name as opposed to the number showing ? ie: a fax from ABSA to show as ABSA instead of 011.....
I am finding it immpossible to find a specific fax from a specific person, cant they group together like emails do in outlook express
I leave the office and get back to 12 faxes but only one is urgent i hate having to open them all i cant even rename the fax manually to help myself later
I started a folder to sort faxes in "my documents" but have to manually sort them daily just so i can view easily at a later date

I like the fax console and enjoy having it separate from the email.

Windows XP Fax is a bare bones product. It provides no such utility for
managing archived faxes. Integration with the Outlook Address Book is
minimal and does not include autoresolution of fax addresses.
Faxes are not like emails. Unless the sender chooses to include their name
in the TSID, there will be no name information at all transmitted with the
fax.
