I registered my copy of XP about a year ago after
installing it on a new computer. I did not like the
interface and removed from the computer. I have re-
installed the same copy of XP on the same computer. Do I
register/activate XP again?

You will have to activate it again and probably will have
to use the phone activation option.

Every 120 days the server purges the activation registry,
since the OP said a year ago, it will work normally over the
automatic Internet.
