XP won't Install

I'm upgrading from WinSE to XPpro. I can't get past the
compatibility check. XP says I have Soft-PK on my
computer and it must be removed to install XP. I've
checked everywhere, directories, registry, etc. but can't
find this program. I've uninstalled all VPN software
(Sonicwall), and don't need VPN any more, so upgrading to
another version is pointless. Does anyone know how to
work around this, or get rid of Soft-PK?

Do a clean install. Format the drive first. Understand that you will
lose all data on the drive so have good backups. I assume your hardware
