XP with Corel draw 10, Photoshop and Autocad applications

My HDD used NTFS system file for primary partition (C:).
in this PC I created 03 user level accounts. (PC installed
Corel draw 10, Photoshop 7.0, Autocad 2000 applications).
When I'm using these accounts to logon windows, I can't
Run any program : Autocad, Corel draw 10 and Photoshop.
What can I do to run them on NTFS partion with user level
permission? I just can to do it with highest
permission "ADMINISTRATOR"
