xp welcom screen

I have changed my windows xp to the classic windows style and use the
classic start window. I get a log on screen when windows is starting up. I
am the only one using the computer and only the administrator account is
turned on. I tried tweak windows and checked the auto logon but it only
works one time

You haven't told us exactly what it is your trying to accomplish, you've
told us things you've done and things you get, but not what your trying to
do. If I assume your trying to get rid of the logon prompt, click start >
run, type in "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes), and uncheck the
box that says require users to enter a password.
