xp sp2 update.exe not running but no error recieved?

xp sp2 update.exe is executed but then nothing happens? no error, no update?

this happens using both:

SPFilename.exe /integrateathToFiles

and

update.exe /sathToFiles

I'm using a windows 2000 sp4 (server) machine to do the slipstreaming.

any ideas?

nice. I'll check that out. I'd still like to know what the cause of my issue
is though.

See your other post, same newsgroup dated today at 14:43 - in the future,
you might wish to give us peer-to-peer users time to respond - even though
the post may be immediate on the MS server, it may take 30minutes to a
couple hours to replicate out to all the different news servers we (the
users) subscribe too.
