XP sp2 PC BSOD with 0X00000050 in tdi.sys

Hi.... Windows XP sp2 PC keeps on Blue screening with a Stop 0X00000050
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA error in TDI.sys.....

anyone have any idea what area this error may be caused by

could it be dodgy ram/Network card ?

TDI.sys is a legitimate Windows file but there is at least one known
virus that also uses this file name.

Check the file on your computer. On my machine with Windows XP Pro
SP2 and all updates the file is in the c:\windows\system32\drivers
folder. The size is 18,560 bytes and and it is dated Aug 3, 2004. The
virus version of this file will likely be in the c:\windows folder and
will be substantially larger.
