XP SP2 Install Failure

Hi
I tried to install SP2 from the updates and it almost completes the
installation when I receive an error message "Access Denied" and error
"0x80070005" or "0x800706be". I am the computers administrator and am using
XP Pro. Any thoughts on a resolution to the problem?
