XP SP2 Disables Print Sharing & Windows Firewall Won't Load

Upgraded home network of 3 XP PCs to SP2. Have a
problem...

One PC will not allow file/print sharing or launch
Windows Firewall. Other 2 PCs load file/print sharing
and Windows Firewall fine. Deinstalled SP2 and
reinstalled. Checked all listed Knowledge Base
articles. Ran the network setup wizard. All settings set
to allow file/print sharing.

Following error received when trying to access this
Workgroup computer from another PC:

"\\Computername is not accessible. You might not have
permission to use this network resource. ...
Network path not found."

When trying to activate the Windows Firewall receive the
following error:

"Windows cannot start the Firewall / Internet Connection
Sharing (ICS) service."

Any help appreciated.

I have no specific solution, but perhaps a repair installation
may fix it. Please have a look at
