XP SP2 & 2k3 SP1 Release Date?

I just received my WHQL Newsletter where it states

The version 2.2 test requirements become effective on the date that
Microsoft Windows XP SP2 is released to manufacturing (RTM).



When is this going to be? Are we going to get a heads up? I don't want to
throw out the test results of drivers currently in test on XP SP1 just
because XP SP2 went RTM a day before I could submit them.

When a major release is made the Logo program sets a grace period (usually
90 days) in which to complete your testing with the older test kit.
We understand that many companies are in a test cycle when a new release is
made and we make time available for you to complete your testing and submit
your drivers.

Annoucements will be made as to when the new test kit will be required. If
you need more information you can contact your support alias for your device

You might want to state it that way instead of saying it the way you did in
your newsletter.
