XP software install error

Does anyone know why I am able to install software in one
user account, however when I go to use software in
another user account I get a corrupt installation?

Program shows installed on computer, however will not run
within a limited user account.

I think you have to install the software under each users login that you
want to have access to the application.

I have tried to install in a "limited" user account
however I get message that it is a corrupt install - I
was however able to install in an admin. account user and
run program.

I have tried Program Cap. Wizard however that does not
work either.

Any further suggestions?
