When shutting the system down, I get a box with message saying "WMS ST Notif
Window 00000F30 0" This program is not responding. I have to "End Now" or
else the machine just hangs up and does nothing, it won't complet shut down
until I END NOW. Any ideas?

Do a thorough scan for malware. If that doesn't help then use some
clean boot troubleshooting to see what is hanging things up.

Run these programs to check for spyware/malware. After installing
update them, then boot into safe mode and run them. You should update
and run them weekly.

If you’re still having problems after running these then run HijackThis
and post the log to one of the specialty forums, _NOT_ this one.
