XP shutdown restarts

Pc will not shut down it will just auto restart. I checked the help site and
found that the problem could be caused if You have "automatically restart"
selected and or you have The Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0 or Direct CD 5.0
program is installed on your computer. I unchecked Automatically restart and
the computer does not have Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0 or Direct CD 5.0. The
computer still auto restarts after unchecking "automatically restart" there
are no error messages being displayed. I tried putting the PC in safemode to
see if it will shutdown from there but it still restarts. Please help..
