Maybe wrong thread here.

Anyways my computer boots up, and when the windows XP
(Home) screen "Windows is starting up screen" is
displayed, teh computers runs as if its about to display
all of teh user accounts. However then the machine
automaticaly reboots.

The machine can not e accessed other than safe mode. Does
anyone know what steps I should tak eto resolve this
issue? Is it corrupt user accounts?

Any help would be much welcomed

I've never heard of that specific problem but one of the
great things about XP is the event viewer which can lead
you to what the issue is.

Go to your Control Panel and double click on
Administrative Tools, then Event Viewer. Look under the
System category for any warnings or error messages. You
should note the time that you start the computer and then
reference the messages that follow after that time and
date.
