XP Program Loading Sequence

Hello,

Upon booting XP there are a list of programs loaded.

1. Where could I find that list/sequence of programs being loaded?
2. How can I add my own program at the end of that loading sequence?

e.g. Norton antvirus, Windows update, the clock are loaded upon booting and
shows up in the lower right corner. Where is that loading list? And how can I
add my own program into that list somewhere?

Thanks,
Eric

The load sequence or at least when the apps are fully loaded can change,
without user input
If you want a program to start when the PC boots, place a shortcut in the
Start-up Folder.
Though personally I would prefer to have only necessities to start on boot
