XP Professional - system error

Once a week, my system restarts, and after logging in, it diplays a message "
Windows has recovered from a serious error".

Error code 40000080, parameter1 865e2ad0, parameter2 860ad760, parameter3
f79fad90, parameter4 00000001

Can anybody help me?
