xp pro upgrade

I just bought xp pro upgrade and it will not boot to cd. I have checked my
bios settings. It should boot because other bootable cd's do. Is there
another way to install the upgrade? Help!

All legitimate retail WinXP installation CDs, including the Upgrade,
are bootable.

Were you watching the boot? Early on there is a "Click any key to boot from
CD".

If you weren't watching and missed it, it would continue to boot from HDD.
